INVOICES TO TENANTS - $10 PER INVOICE

QCAT - $60 PER HOUR INCLUDING FILING OF APPLICATION

INSURANCE CLAIMS - $60 PER HOUR INCLUDING FILING OF APPLICATION

SMOKE ALARM COMPLIANCE - $50

MAINTENANCE - $60 PER JOB ARRANGED START TO FINISH

ENTRY AND EXIT REPORTS -$250 PER REPORT

ROUTINE INSPECTIONS -$60 PER VISIT

LETTING FEE - 110% OF RENT
